Ohio, Illinois, and the Oh-So-Busy Minnesota.

It's the end of day four, but we haven't updated ya'll (I guess I should be saving that for when we get to the dirty south) on the "exciting" adventures we've had in Ohio, Illinois, and Minnesota.

Our campsite was deserted, like all of our campsites so far, when we got to Ohio, so we decided to go to Lake Erie.

I discovered the Lake,

and Amie discovered the beautiful and rare smokestack.

After our amazing discoveries, and a nights sleep by a train track, we peaced out of Ohio, and headed to Chicago, but our next campsite was 2 hours out of the city, so we didn't make it to deep dish pizza or Oprah, it was a sad day for The Biddies. Although, we were directed by our lovely campsite director (see photo below) that the next town over, Woodstock, was were Dick Tracy and Groundhog Day were shot; we were starstruck...by our campsite director, not the films.

This morning we made the trek to Minnesota, the land of 10,000 lakes, but alas all we have seen are cornfields, where Rachel allowed Amie to listen to country music because it only seemed natural.

We have also seen a hawk eating it's prey and lots of wind-farms, thumbs up Minnesota.

See you all soon.
