Mount Rushmore or Bust...Total Bust

After gathering up our belongings from the Badlands and checking into a hotel, we awoke the next morning to go and see the handsome mugs of our Prez's at Mount Rushmore. Mother Nature had opposing thoughts; it was freezing and rainy outside...boo.



How beautiful is that fog?!



This is the closest we came to scoping out the men in the mountain - on a gosh darn soda machine outside of the bathroom.



Almost made us donate, but then we remembered that we didn't actually see Mount Rushmore; we aren't suckers.

Hopefully one day we make it back to see the American beauty.
